Return & Refund Policy

Our Policy lasts up to 30 days after the purchase date. Any request to return, exchange, or refund after then will not be accepted. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If an item is damaged or defective email pistoleroswildwest@gmail.com to request a return/exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. 

Any damage that was made not due to our error is nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

 

Sale items, food, gift cards, and media are not eligible for return.

 

When requesting a return/exchange, the customer must fill out our return  form and provide the original receipt as proof of purchase. The customer will receive an email once the request is processed.

 

When packaging a return, the customer must include the original receipt and our return/exchange form.

 

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping cost when making a return. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged items back.

 

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. 

 

For orders over $75, we strongly suggest tracking the return or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for packages that get lost or stolen.

 

Refunds

If the customer would like a refund for defective or damaged items, please email pistolerowildwest@gmail.com. We do not issue refunds otherwise.

 

To get a refund, the item must be sent back according to the return qualifications listed above.

 

Once the package arrives and is inspected, we will notify the customer via email if the refund was approved or denied.

 

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.

 

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping cost when making the return. When receiving the refund, the original shipping cost will be included.

 

After email confirmation, please allow 3-4 business days to receive the refund to the customer’s account. If the refund appears to be late, please check bank account statements and contact the bank before contacting us. Most of the time it’s an issue with the bank.
